Phil’s 21 didn’t start in a food company test kitchen. It started in ours.
After years of cooking, entertaining and living and traveling throughout Europe, I became fascinated with combining spices and flavors from different cuisines.
Eventually, one combination kept winning
21 spices.
Friends loved it. Family loved it. We started putting it on just about everything.
So we put my name on the bag.
That became Phil’s 21
